I have used all the Symbolics computers listed, often several at once, on domestic
Most companies simply plug any Symbolics machine into the same main electricity supply socket that you would use in your home. Some use a UPS to cushion against power interruptions - but that is not required unless you are handling irreplaceable valuable information which is not backed up.
In the early days, I read the manuals in detail and followed the manufacturer's instructions, but have found the power ratings to be over stated. I suspect that start up power demand is far higher than constant running demand. Whatever the technicalities, anyone can run any machine in their bedroom providing they have a power socket available.
